The production capacity of SMD mid-to-high-end devices is gradually released, and product prices have changed greatly. At present, domestic SMD devices are mainly used in landscape decorative lighting, electronic equipment indicators, backlights, displays and other fields. This time we conducted a market price survey on five types of SMD devices, with the 0603 white LED price falling at a minimum of 33.4% and the 3528 white TOP LED falling at a maximum of 61.2%. The average price of these five types of products has dropped by more than 50%, indicating that the price competition in the domestic packaging industry will become increasingly fierce. It also shows that the chip panic that experienced the fourth quarter of 2009 to the second quarter of this year has already ended prematurely, and overcapacity is about to be staged.
