The limited liability company and the registered capital of the company limited by shares can be set up in phases. The initial capital contribution is not less than 20% of the registered capital, and the rest is paid within two years from the establishment of the company. At the same time, the restrictions on the registered capital of enterprises are relaxed. The monetary assets such as proprietary technology and intangible assets can be invested as the capital. The maximum amount of capital contribution can account for 70% of the total registered capital.
