In terms of the Internet financial ecology, China Telecom said it will invest in special resources and expand its three scales. In 2017, it will reach 40 million active users, more than 400,000 active merchants, and a transaction volume of more than 1.2 trillion.

In terms of the new ICT ecosystem, on the basis of the intelligent connection capability, China Telecom emphasizes that it should highlight the advantages of cloud network integration, realize resource sharing and benefit sharing, and establish an “Internet+” laboratory to promote ecological construction.

In the IoT ecosystem, China Telecom will provide over 100 million incentives to support the development of the Internet of Things based on the coverage of 800M re-farming and Internet of Things (NB-IoT) networks.
