In order to make all car owners have a good experience, we decided to increase the utilization rate of the charging station by charging the “resource occupancy feeâ€.
In the future scenario we envision, the vehicle can automatically leave the charging station after the battery is fully charged, which is convenient for the owner and improves the efficiency of the charging network. But before implementing this idea, we require the owner to actively vacate the parking space after the battery is fully charged for the next owner to charge. Usually people do not leave vehicles that have been filled with oil at the gas station, but also at the charging station.
The Tesla mobile app helps car owners remotely monitor the vehicle's state of charge. The owner will receive a reminder when the vehicle is about to be charged. The owner will receive a reminder again when the vehicle is fully charged. If the charging connector has not been unplugged at this time, the "resource occupancy fee" billing starts, and the charging standard is 2.60 yuan per minute. If the vehicle leaves within 5 minutes of the start of billing, this fee will not be charged.
