Fuzhou City Zoo entrance road lighting project has been approved by the Fuzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and it is now decided to implement domestic public bidding for the construction of street lighting projects. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Contract name: Fuzhou City Zoo entrance road lighting project.
2. Project Overview:

3. The project is subject to post-qualification examination and the qualifications are:
(1) The bidder shall be registered in the province and have the qualification of an independent enterprise legal person, and the legal person business license shall pass the annual inspection of the previous year's inspection, and shall not be in the warning period of bad behavior in Fuzhou;
(2) The bidder has the qualifications of the second-class or above city and road lighting engineering professional contracting enterprise, and has a legal and valid qualification certificate.
(6) The bidder holds a legal and valid safety production license and has not been temporarily suspended or revoked.
(7) The project manager who intends to appoint this project should have a second-level or above qualification level, electrical major, and be registered with the bidder's own unit. Must have the "Certificate of Safety Production Appraisal Certificate for Construction Enterprise Management Personnel", and have a copy of the valid project manager qualification certificate (including annual review record and change record) issued by the Ministry of Construction or the Provincial Construction Department. The project manager is the unit. Employees must not be replaced during the bidding process.
(3) The bidder's reputation is good.
(4) Submit a bid bond of RMB 30,000 according to the requirements of the bidding documents.
(5) According to the document No. 1 [2008], the bidder must register and file a copy of the certificate and provide a copy of the certificate.
4. The bidders and the project management personnel are not included in the warning period of the “Construction Market Legal Person and Natural Person Violation of Laws and Regulations†by the Fujian Provincial Construction Administrative Department.
5. Evaluation method: The method of winning the bidder is randomly selected in the reasonable cost range.
6. The bidding documents will be sold in the unregistered form at the Fuzhou Construction Engineering Transaction Management Center from 8:30-11:30 am and 14:30-17:00 pm (excluding holidays) from February 25 to 29, 2008. The bidding documents are priced at 50 yuan each, the engineering quantity list and the bidding control price (including electronic CD) are set at 150 yuan per set, and the construction drawings are priced at 100 yuan per set.
7. When the deadline for submission of bid documents is 9:00 on March 11, 2008, the bid documents must be submitted to the Fuzhou Construction Engineering Transaction Management Center before the above time.
8. It is scheduled to open at 9:00 on March 11, 2008 at the Construction Engineering Transaction Management Center of Fuzhou.
