1. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope Sichuan Jiuzhai Huanglong Civil Airport is located in the middle of Lushan Mountain, about 11 kilometers northeast of Chuanzhusi Town, Songpan County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is at an altitude of 3,440 meters and is a transition from Qinghai-Tibet Plateau to Alpine Canyon. The climatic conditions are relatively harsh. The overall terrain of the airport is complex, and flight safety has strict technical requirements on equipment and high construction requirements. The existing runway of the airport is 3,370 meters long and 45 meters wide. The shoulders are 7.5 meters on both sides. The platform area is 58,000 square meters (11 parking spaces). The airport navigation light station has two sets of runway lighting equipment for No. 20 and No. 02. . The project has been approved by the Southwest Regional Administration of Civil Aviation. The bidding project mainly adds an uninterruptible power supply system to the existing navigational lighting system of the airport to meet the requirements for emergency operation standards for navigational lighting equipment.

3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 Have independent corporate legal personality;
3.2 With the professional qualification of the airport visual aid navigation equipment installation engineering level or above;
3.3 The project manager of the bidder who intends to participate in the installation and commissioning project shall have the second-class or above registered construction engineer qualification certificate issued by the state construction administrative department;
3.4 has no less than one similar project performance (similar project refers to civil airport navigation lighting installation project);
3.5 The financial position is good and there is no loss in the past three years;
3.6 This tender does not allow joint bidding.
4. Acquisition of bidding documents
4.1 Anyone who intends to participate in the bidding, please go from April 2, 2009 to April 9, 2009 (except statutory public holidays, legal holidays), daily from 9:00 am to 11:30 pm, 14:00 pm The bidding documents will be purchased until 16:30 (Beijing time, the same below).
4.2 The price of each set of bidding documents is 150 yuan/set, and will not be refunded after sale. Drawings and related materials are provided by the tenderee.
