The main tasks of the plan are divided into four areas: exploration and mining technology, processing and conversion technology, power generation and transmission and distribution technology, and new energy technology. With a four-in-one system, breakthroughs in energy technology bottlenecks and key technologies are realized. The equipment can be autonomous, some technologies and equipment reach the international advanced level, and enhance international competitiveness.

The National Energy Administration set targets for 2015 and 2020 respectively. Xiubing Lin introduced that by 2015, we must break through 700-degree ultra-supercritical generating units and 400MW IGCC unit key technologies in the fields of power generation, transmission and distribution, and improve the gas turbine development system. , Breakthrough the design and manufacturing technology of hot-end components, realize the localization of heavy-duty gas turbines and micro gas turbines, and master the large-capacity C02 predation technology of thermal power units. To overcome key technical problems such as excavation and support of ultra-high dams and super-large underground caverns under complex geological conditions, to master the design and manufacturing technology of 100MW hydropower units, and to achieve 300MW pumped storage units and 60MW bulbs The localization of hydropower generating units realizes the multi-objective integrated optimal operation scheduling of watershed-level hydropower stations. To realize the full autonomy of key technologies and equipment for high-capacity, long-distance, high-voltage transmission, improve the transmission capacity of the power grid and withstand natural disasters, and achieved technological breakthroughs in the access and storage of smart grids, intermittent power supplies, and so on.

In the field of exploration and exploitation technologies, coal resources exploration and geological support capabilities have been significantly enhanced, coal mining equipment and automation have been greatly improved, and the comprehensive recovery rate of mine resources has reached more than 50%; onshore mature basins, oil and gas exploration technology, high water cut oil fields and low The low-abundance oil and gas field development technology has reached the international advanced level, and the deep sea exploration and development supporting technologies have been applied industrially.

By 2020, in the field of power generation and transmission and distribution technology, it will master the design and manufacturing technology of 700-degree ultra-supercritical generator sets, and realize commercialization of F-class heavy-duty gas turbines and industrialization of distributed energy-supply small gas turbines. Complete the technical integration of the 1000MW hydropower unit of mixed flow type and apply it in the project; master the core key technology of the two-way bulb-type turbine unit of large-scale tidal power station. China's power generation technology as a whole to achieve the world's leading level. Conduct research on the application of superconducting power transmission technologies, master higher-level UHVDC transmission technologies and advanced technologies of new electrician materials, and corresponding equipment technologies; technologies such as smart grids, intermittent power supply access, and energy storage are widely used. Smart energy network has achieved technological breakthroughs.

Since the Fukushima nuclear crisis in Japan, the international community has generally raised concerns about the development of nuclear energy security. The German government has even decided to abandon the development of nuclear energy. Then what are the changes in China's thinking on nuclear energy development? Xie Binglin stated that the Chinese government is in crisis. Afterwards, we reviewed the nuclear power development plan and improved the review of safety. However, from the perspective of development, China is a country with a large energy demand. The country will not give up the development of nuclear energy and will further advance. In the future, the National Energy Administration and the Ministry of Environmental Protection will strengthen cooperation to re-examine nuclear and nuclear power safety inspections, starting from various aspects of standards, technology, and implementation. The purpose is to lay a solid foundation for further development of nuclear power in the future.
