Chinese transformers sold in Laos

The transformers produced in Wuhan were sold to Laos. Yesterday, the senior officials of the State Power Company of the country visited the Wuhan Power Supply Transformer Company and supervised the production of the transformer products.

It is understood that on October 20 this year, Wuhan Power Supply Transformer Company and Hubei Provincial Power Construction Second Company formally signed a contract for the production of the required transformer contract for the “Laos Rural Electrification Project in the North” and sold 232 transformers with a total contract value of 4.1 million yuan. Three batches will be delivered before January 5 of next year.

After the leader of the Lao National Electric Power Company came to Han, he expressed the hope that the company’s products will continue to be used in the future Lao rural electrification reform project. It is understood that this type of transformer is mainly used for local production in high altitude, high temperature and high humidity areas in Laos, domestic trial operation in developed areas, and preparation for promotion in Hubei Province, which is the first time that Hubei Province exported this type of transformer.
