Second, the bidder qualification requirements
Bidders who participate in the bidding of this project must meet the following requirements in addition to the qualification requirements of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law:
(1) Suppliers of domestic cargo services registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China; registered capital of more than 1.6 million yuan;
(2) The bidder must hold a computer information system integration qualification certification of three or more levels (including three levels);
(3) The bidder must hold the design, construction, maintenance qualification or registration certificate of the Guangdong Provincial Safety Technology Prevention System (the provincial bidder has a valid “Procedure for the Record of Guangdong Security Technology Prevention Businessâ€);
(4) There are fixed maintenance service agencies in Guangdong Province.
When purchasing the bidding documents, please submit a copy of the business license that has passed the annual inspection and a copy of other qualification documents.
