In the packaging sector, the company currently produces 4,000 KK per month and plans to expand by an additional 1,000 lines next year. In terms of light bar production, the daily output is currently 530 units. The company focuses on two core areas: lighting and backlighting. It maintains strategic partnerships in its supply chain and upholds a robust quality management system.
Zhaochi Energy aims to achieve full product coverage in TV backlighting, mobile phone backlighting, and indoor lighting. According to Quan Jinsong, one of the key features of Zhaochi Energy Saving is its dedication to the artisan spirit. The company remains focused on lighting and backlighting solutions, continuously improving functionality. Key factors such as resistance to vulcanization, TJ control, light efficiency, light quality, VOCs, optical density, TC control, and heat retention are all closely monitored.
In terms of material selection, Zhaochi Energy has conducted extensive research on components like stents, phosphors, silica gels, and wires. For instance, in phosphor applications, the company has developed differentiated uses that significantly enhance efficiency. Regarding wire materials, both gold and alloy wires are used. Silica gel is also carefully managed with attention to cost, vulcanization, and TC control. The dispensing process and material matching are also optimized.
Another aspect of craftsmanship lies in quality management. Hardware investment is essential, and Zhaochi Energy has invested heavily in advanced equipment. However, quality control goes beyond just machines—it involves a complete system, including monitoring and feedback mechanisms. This integrated approach ensures high-quality standards.
Smart manufacturing is another reflection of the artisan spirit. It includes database management, barcode tracking, real-time monitoring, inventory control, and intelligent quality analysis. Zhaochi Energy is currently developing four major systems: the Production Management System (MES), Equipment Management System (EM), Yield Implementation Monitoring System, and Automated Production Management System.
In addition to its commitment to craftsmanship, Zhaochi Energy is actively pursuing innovation. Three years ago, the company began investing in CSP packaging technology. After two years of development, their CSP technology now meets domestic standards and is being applied in large-scale projects, such as Samsung and LG’s TV backlights, using high-efficiency lamp beads.
Zhaochi Energy also holds a leading position in electronic power technology, particularly in TV applications. The company has made significant efforts in global patent development, investing substantial capital, manpower, and resources to secure patents through joint development and promotion.
In lens technology, Zhaochi Energy has worked extensively to ensure compatibility with various light sources, which requires considerable effort. Additionally, in filament technology, the company entered the market relatively late and paused for two years before re-entering last year. Since then, it has focused on product differentiation and resource investment. As a result, the junction temperature of Zhaochi’s filament lamps is much lower than competitors’, with a maximum difference of 30 degrees.
Regarding Mini-LED, Zhaochi Energy is keeping pace with international manufacturers. While Micro-LED remains a challenge, the company continues to explore and innovate. Overall, Zhaochi Energy remains committed to progress and technological advancement in the lighting and backlighting industry.
