1. Calibration Equipment Required for Resistor Body Temperature Transmitter

:

(1) R1, R2, R3 for RX 11--6 - 1/4W1 Ohmic Resistance.

(2) A 0.1 level DC five-digit voltmeter.

(3) A 0.1 level 0-20mA DC milliammeter.

(4) A DC precision resistor box (such as ZX-5A type) to replace the resistor Rt.

2. Tuning Methods and Requirements:

After verifying that the wiring is correct, power on the meter continuously for 30 minutes before proceeding with the instrument calibration.

3. Instrument Calibration Method:

(1) Input the corresponding resistance value according to the sensor and range indicated on the transmitter nameplate, so that the output is 1V to 5V (the zero and full potentiometers can be adjusted separately).

(2) Enter each resistance value at ten equal points within the range to check if the temperature output meets the required accuracy standards.

(3) Perform tests according to the technical specifications in the manual to ensure compliance with all technical requirements.

4. Stability Check:

After the instrument has passed the calibration, it must be re-evaluated after four hours of continuous operation. Only when it meets the technical standards can it be integrated into the system.

It's important to ensure that all components are functioning correctly and that the calibration process follows the manufacturer’s guidelines to maintain precision and reliability. This step-by-step approach helps prevent errors and ensures the device operates accurately over time.
