1. If you've previously installed any Mitsubishi software, it's essential to completely uninstall the old version and remove its registry entries. To do this, go to Start → Run, type REGEDIT, and press Enter. Then manually delete the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MITSUBISHI. You can rename the folder if needed and refresh the registry before reinstalling the new software. However, make sure not to delete other Mitsubishi software if you still need them.

2. Before starting the installation, run the SETUP program located in the EnvMEL folder first. This step is crucial for ensuring compatibility.

3. After that, run SETUP1 (setup) from the folder. Make sure to follow the steps carefully.

4. During the installation process, avoid selecting the option to install monitoring unless you're familiar with it. It’s safer to click "Next" without checking any additional options unless necessary.
