When you order our ELISA kits from Shanghai Jinma Bio, we will issue a formal invoice. You can choose between a VAT general invoice or a VAT special invoice based on your specific needs. If you require a special VAT invoice, please provide a copy of your business license and general taxpayer qualification certificate at your first purchase. These documents can be sent to us via fax or email. Once the contract is signed, you will receive the official invoice issued by us. Please read the following important information carefully: 1. The invoice amount is based on the actual payment made. 2. Our company provides VAT ordinary invoices by default. 3. The default invoice recipient is the unit listed in the contract. If you need to change this, please contact your sales representative for assistance. 4. Once the invoice is issued and the information matches what you have confirmed, it cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding. The invoice header plays a crucial role in your finance department's accounting and settlement process. Any typos, missing words, or errors may result in the invoice being returned for reissuance. Before requesting an invoice, make sure to double-check all details with your financial team.
