In order to protect our authorized parties and customers who use the patented technology of Seoul Semiconductor, Seoul Semiconductor will continue to search for infringing LED applications on the market and maintain law enforcement procedures. In response to any third-party infringer who does not respect the intellectual property rights of Seoul Semiconductor. In fact, Seoul Semiconductor is in the process of another patent litigation allegedly infringing.
