UC3854 Teacher's Rate Corrector (PFC) integrated circuit, which has 16 Pins, and its functions are as follows:
1) GND ground
2) The PKLMT peak limit terminal is connected to the negative voltage terminal of the current detecting resistor. When the current peak value is too high, the circuit will be turned off.
3) CAOUT current amplifier CA output
4) ISENSE electric Liu detection terminal, internally connected to the negative terminal of CA input, the external voltage is connected to the positive terminal of the current detecting resistor through the resistor
5) Mult Out multiplier output, that is, the other end of the current detection, the internal multiplier/divider output and the CA input positive end, and the outer end is connected to the voltage negative terminal of the current detecting resistor via a resistor
6) JAC input current terminal, internal multiplier/divider input, externally connected to the positive end of the rectified input voltage
7) UA Out voltage amplifier UA output, internal multiplier/divider input, external RC feedback network
8) URMS RMS power supply voltage terminal, internal square-squared multiplier/divider input, with feedforward function, URMS value range is 1.5~4.77v
9) REF reference voltage terminal, generating 7.5V reference voltage
10) ENA start terminal, control circuit voltage, oscillator, soft start, etc. through logic circuit
11) USENSE output voltage detection terminal, connected to the input negative terminal of voltage amplifier UA
12) RSET external resistor RSET terminal, control oscillator charging current and limit multiplier/divider maximum output
13) SS soft starter
14) CT external capacitor CT terminal, CT is the oscillator timing capacitor, so that the oscillation frequency is f=1.25/RSET*CT
15) Vcc integrated circuit supply voltage Vcc, rated value 22V
16) GTDRV gate drive terminal, connected to the gate of the power MOS switch tube through a resistor, the terminal potential clamp is at 15V
