From raw material selection to process control, the Xuyu Clamp series has injected more design elements.
In the chip selection, the vertical chip which is most favorable to the requirements of the car's light spot is selected, and the current expansion is more uniform, which is more favorable for the temperature of long-term work. The ceramic substrate matched with the thermal expansion coefficient of the LED chip reduces the influence of thermal stress on the product during long-term thermal shock and cold cycle. By bonding the chip with nano-scale thermal conductive material, the thermal conductivity can reach 100W/mK, so that the heat generated by the LED chip can be conducted faster.
Ultra-thin phosphor coating technology allows for more precise control of color uniformity. Wires continue to use pure gold wires, and the gold wires used in automotive lamp products are thicker in diameter to match higher power products.
It is reported that the Clamp 5050 can be driven up to 10W, which can be widely used in the market for high-brightness lighting such as automobile headlights, roof work lights and outdoor flood lights. The Clamp 3535 series is also available in both white and color light, and white light products are widely used in automotive daytime running lights. The color series is widely used in automotive turn signals, brake lights and interior atmosphere lights.
