It is not enough to meet basic needs, and different customers will have different requirements for quality. Generally used for engineering or exporting overseas lamps, the power supply needs to pass the corresponding certification; for the power supply design with high reliability requirements, single-chip integrated, electroless design can be adopted, and corresponding abnormal protection is provided; temperature characteristics, temperature When rising, the current is reduced, and the temperature is always kept in a safe range to protect the luminaire.


In addition, power supply design has many constraints. For example, the input voltage and test environment at home and abroad are different; the interface of the lamp and the difference in PCB size; suitable for mass production, reducing the cost of BOM.

In short, the best-performing solution is not necessarily the best solution to meet customer needs. Only the power supply design that is suitable for mass production and cost-effective is the best power supply design.
