To this end, a citizen posted on the Foshan Government Affairs Network and asked the Foshan Construction Bureau why they changed the energy-saving lamps and the road surface was very dark.

On August 11th, the spokesperson of the Foshan Construction Bureau network explained that the Ronggui lamp replacement project adopted the BOT operation mode, which was replaced, maintained and managed by a municipal company in Ronggui. In the first year of implementation, the existing ordinary street lamps and street light sources were replaced by high-efficiency energy-saving light sources, and the energy-saving effect was required to exceed 50%; in the second year, the energy-saving effect was tested; in the next three years, renewable energy and grid power were complementary. Increase energy saving effect by 70%.

The spokesperson said that they ordered the relevant departments of Shunde to listen to the public and then improve their working methods. But nearly four months have passed and the street lights are still dim.

After visiting the old and new street lights, the contrast is obvious.

In the area around Huanshan Road, the new street lights are indeed low in brightness. The two lights are about 30 meters apart, but when the 6-meter-high street light hits the road, there is still a spot of about 5 meters (shadow of the intersection of lights). A similar situation occurred in the section of Hujinchao Middle School near Wenming Road. The energy-saving lamp was newly installed at the school gate, but according to this, the original yellow sodium lamp was still 30 meters away. The brightness of the sodium lamp was significantly higher than that of the energy-saving lamp. The yellow light was on the ground, and the coin-sized paper The chips are clearly visible, and the energy-saving lamps are not very clear.

There are more than 11,000 street lights in Ronggui. In June this year, the relevant units have rebuilt the roads such as Huanshan Road, Wenming Road, Ronggui Avenue and Zhenhua Road, and installed energy-saving lamps LED and LVD.

Experts inspect the energy saving lamp is not up to standard

On the evening of December 4th, Chen Ping, Secretary General of Zhuhai Lighting Association, was invited to visit Wenming Road, Huanshan Road, Ronggui Avenue and Zhenhua Road section to learn about street lighting. At the junction of Zhenhua Road and Guizhou, it is obvious that the brightness of the yellow sodium lamp on Guizhou Avenue is higher than that of the white energy-saving lamp on Zhenhua Road.

Chen Ping said that from the direct perception, the power and lighting effects of the newly installed energy-saving lamps are obviously not up to the national requirements for street lighting effects. According to Chen Ping, according to national standards, the power of yellow sodium lamp is about 150 watts, in order to achieve a road surface brightness of 20-30 rex, and there can be no light spots on the two lights. According to their experience, these energy-saving lamps obviously have a power of less than 150 watts and have not reached the road surface brightness standard.

It is reported that the Shunde District Environmental Transport and Urban Management Bureau Ronggui Branch has called the energy-saving lamp renovation project a week ago, and is investigating the problem that the energy-saving lamps are not bright.
