1. The landscape lighting project of Jinyu Park (Ningqing Mountain Ecological Environment) of Wuxi Taihu New City Construction Headquarters Office has been approved by Xifa Development (2007) No. 158. It is now decided to open tender for the construction of the project and select the contractor.
2. Project Overview
(1) Project location: Gaolang Road from the north, Guanshan Road to the south, Gonghu Road to the east, and Lide Road to the west
(2) Project scale: about 8.5 million yuan
(3) Planned duration: 50 calendar days, the specific start date is subject to Party A’s notice
(4) Scope of bidding: a full set of services such as procurement, production, installation, commissioning and 12-month defect liability period of the landscape lighting and related facilities
(5) Source of funds: self-raised
(6) Engineering quality requirements: qualified
3. Any enterprise that has the ability to undertake the bidding project and has the required qualifications may apply for pre-qualification to the tenderee for the above-mentioned project. Only those applicants who are qualified for pre-qualification can participate in the bidding.
4. Registration conditions
(1) Applicant's qualification level: Grade 3 and above qualifications for urban and road lighting engineering, and the annual inspection is qualified in the most recent year.
(2) Qualification level of project leader: three-level project manager of mechanical and electrical installation engineering or municipal public engineering major or registered construction engineer of second grade or above.
5. Prequalification must carry the business license, qualification certificate, safety production license, the construction engineer registration certificate of the person in charge of the proposed project or the third-level project manager, the safety production assessment certificate of the person in charge of the construction enterprise (green cover certificate) And its endowment insurance manual (with a list of continuous contributions from September to November 2009) or a continuous payment of endowment insurance from September to November 2009 issued by the city (district) social security agency Proof of identity and authorization of the original and the authorized client, and the original endowment insurance certificate for the continuous payment from September to November 2009.
6. Time and place for registration and prequalification documents
(1) Registration time and place: From 9:00 am on December 15th, 2009 to 16:00 on December 21st, log on to the Wuxi Construction Project Tendering Network () for online registration. (Applicants must go to the Wuxi Construction Engineering Transaction Management Center to apply for the enterprise dongle before they can register online.)
(2) Time for obtaining pre-qualification documents: December 15th, 2009 to December 21st, 2009, 9:00 am to 11:00 am, 13:30 pm to 16:00 pm in Jiangsu Founder Project Cost Management The pre-qualification documents of the company (No. 19-3, Chongning Road, Wuxi City) can also be downloaded directly from the Wuxi Construction Project Tendering Network ().
7. The pre-qualification application form should clearly indicate the “Application for Pre-qualification of Bidding Applicants†in the “Golden Park (Ningqing Mountain Ecological Environment) Landscape Lighting Projectâ€.
8. After the pre-qualification application has to be sealed, it will be delivered to Wuxi Construction Engineering Transaction Management Center (No. 15-5 Xixin Street, Wuxi City) from 13:00 to 14:00 on December 24, 2009. Late delivery or non-conformity The prescribed prequalification application will be rejected.
9. Those who have passed the qualification pre-qualification of no more than 9 may be all finalists, and no less than 9 short-listed units may be generated by random lottery. (Drawing time will be announced separately)
