Third, the bidder qualification requirements:

3.1 Ability to independently assume civil liability and have independent legal personality;

four. Special conditions for qualified bidders

4.1 Qualifications of Grade III or above (including Level 3) for Building Intelligent Engineering;

4.2 The registered capital is ≥3 million yuan;

4.3 The independent legal person registered in non-Suzhou City shall provide the relevant supporting documents of the company's long-term after-sales service organization in Suzhou; (copy of business license, copy of capital verification report and authorized manager through labor inspection department) A copy of the legal labor contract filed and the social guarantee issued by the unit) (original carrying verification)

4.4 The bidder is not in the order of the administrative or judicial authority to suspend business or stop undertaking the engineering task or to stop the bidding qualification (the bidder's written commitment).

4.5 The bidder did not have a serious credit and credibility crisis and failed to provide the corresponding guarantee.

4.6 The bidder is not in a state where the property is taken over or frozen or bankrupt.

4.7 Before January 2006, the bidder did not have any major project liability accidents before the deadline for bidding (the liability accident was subject to the written approval of the administrative or judicial authorities).

4.8 The bidder has no affiliation or other interest with the tenderee and the bidding agent.

4.9 Bidders must have a direct after-sales service organization in Suzhou.

4.10 This project does not accept consortium bids.

4.11 The original and photocopy of the above required qualification documents must be provided to the tendering agency when registering and purchasing the tender.

4.12 This purchase does not accept imported products.
