**V. Supplier Qualification Requirements**
1. Suppliers must be independent legal entities registered within the territory of the People’s Republic of China, with a registered capital of RMB 5 million or more.
2. Suppliers must have the capability to connect to the local grid and meet all relevant grid access requirements.
3. Suppliers must maintain good credit standing and business reputation, without any orders for suspension of operations, bankruptcy, or asset restructuring, seizure, or freezing.
4. In the case of companies where the legal representatives are the same or related, the parent company, its wholly-owned subsidiaries, and holding companies are not allowed to bid simultaneously for the same project.
5. This tender does not accept bids from any consortiums.
