The tender project Foshan Power Supply Bureau Liantang Training Base 2018-2019 property management service tender, green maintenance services, the project construction unit is Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd. Foshan Power Supply Bureau, the construction funds for its own funds, the tender for the Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd. Foshan Power Supply Bureau. The project has already met the conditions for bidding and the project is now undergoing an open tender.

2. Project overview and scope of tender

2.1 Construction Location: Foshan City

2.2 Construction Scale: This tender includes two projects, namely: property management services and greening maintenance services. The estimate of the purchase of property management services from the 2018-2019 Foshan Liantang Training Base in Liantang was estimated to be approximately RMB 2.2172 million. The purchase estimate of the greening maintenance services for the 2018-2019 Foshan Liantang Training Base was estimated to be approximately RMB 144,500. The final scale is based on the budget issued by Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd.

2.3 Service period: 2 years from the effective date of the contract to December 31, 2019. The specific time is based on the contract signed by both parties.

2.4 Bidding scope:

(1) During the service period, the property management service is provided to the Liantang Training Base of the Foshan Power Supply Bureau. The Liantang Training Base - real playground construction area is 1,1500.00 square meters and the Liantang Training Base - office space is 1331.00 square meters.

(2) During the service period, the greening maintenance service is provided to the Liantang Training Base of the Foshan Power Supply Bureau. The total building area is 1331.00 square meters, and the outdoor green area is 8200.00 square meters.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

1) It has an independent legal personality and holds a valid legal business license.

2) Having qualifications for property service companies with qualifications of level 3 or above or property services companies with level 3 and above qualifications (Note: Level 3 certificates of property services companies must be valid within the validity period);

3) At the same time, the business license must include the business scope of the landscaping maintenance or greening project;

4) Qualification Grade 5 or above for the "Installation (Repair, Trial) Electric Power Facilities Permit" of the undertaking class;

5) The bidder has had good financial status in the past three years, has good bank credit and business reputation, has not been ordered to suspend business, property has been taken over, frozen, and bankrupted;

6) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or managing relationship, and may not participate in the same tender for the same subject or for the same subject without subdivision of the standard at the same time;

7) The bidder shall complete the registration of the supplier registration on the China Southern Power Grid company's Sunshine e-commerce platform ();

8) If the bidder (including the bidder’s principal, agent, or other entity that has a relationship with the bidder for sales, labor or services, etc.) has ever existed in the bidding and tendering activities or economic transactions of the China Southern Power Grid Corporation system In case of illegal activities, since the day when the China Southern Power Grid Corporation issued a document prosecuting the illegal event, it will not accept the bidder’s participation in the company’s tendering and bidding activities within the specified time. The specific time is based on the record and disposal of the bribery conduct information of the supplier of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. Implementation of the relevant provisions of the Measures;

9) In the project location, the government and China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd., Guangdong Power Grid Co., Ltd., and Foshan Power Supply Bureau have no restrictions on the qualification of bidders;

10) The Commonwealth does not accept bids for this project.

4. Bid registration and access to tender documents

4.1 Those interested in participating in bidders are requested to do so from December 14, 2017 to December 18, 2017 (including Saturday and Sunday).
