(President: Sakamoto Kenhiro) has launched an expanded product line that includes the industry’s largest inductance value of 33nH, starting mass production from August 2012. This innovation highlights TDK's continued commitment to advancing high-frequency component technology for modern electronics.

Through advanced coil pattern design and improvements in material and manufacturing technologies—areas where TDK excels—the company has achieved further miniaturization and multi-layered structure. This breakthrough has enabled a significant increase in inductance values, expanding the original 15nH limit up to 33nH across four new models. These components are ideal for high-frequency applications in smartphones, feature phones, and other mobile devices, offering enhanced flexibility in matching and integration.
The expansion of the MLG0402Q series now offers a total of 55 complete product lines, with rated currents ranging from 120 to 350 mA and DC resistance from 0.03 to 2.71 Ω. The inductance range spans from 0.2 to 33 nH, making it suitable for a wide array of applications. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, ensuring reliable performance in both consumer and industrial environments beyond just mobile phones, including high-frequency circuits in mobile communication devices.
