(1) R1, R2, R3 for RX 11--6 - 1/4W1 ohmic resistance.
(2) A 0.1 level DC five-digit voltmeter.
(3) A 0.1 level DC mA meter with a range of 0-20mA.
(4) A DC precision resistor box (such as ZX-5A type) to replace the resistor Rt.
2. Tuning methods and requirements:
After verifying that the wiring is correct, power on the meter for 30 minutes, then proceed with the instrument calibration.

3. Instrument calibration method:
(1) According to the sensor and range indicated on the transmitter nameplate, input the corresponding resistance value so that the output is 1V to 5V (the zero and full potentiometers can be adjusted separately).
(2) Enter each resistance value according to the ten equal points in the range to check whether each temperature output meets the required accuracy range.
(3) Perform testing according to the technical specifications in the manual to ensure all technical requirements are met.
4. Stability check:
After the instrument passes verification, it must be re-evaluated after four hours of continuous operation. It should meet the technical standards before being integrated into the system.
